World-renowned economist, author and thought leader Dr. Jeffrey Sachs spoke to Appalachian State University students, faculty, staff and community members on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. The Lecture was co-presented by Business for Good and the Global Opportunities Conference and co-supported by the Walker College of Business and its Sustainable Development Solutions Network, the Department of Economics, the Beaver College of Health Sciences and Appalachian’s Office of Sustainability.
